I read a letter that some crazy woman wrote to her local paper in Alaska back in 2007. She was calling for all Atheists to leave the united states. I say........fine. But, under 3 conditions.
Condition #1, give us Hawaii or California to live in. Just axe them from the states and let us live there. Their climates are great for the study of Cosmology and since you don't care about that anyway, may as well give it to us.
Condition #2, Automatically put us into NAFTA. Well, you don't have to but I'm pretty sure that it would be in your best interest since we would be taking both Apple and Microsoft along with thousands of other companies with us.
Condition #3, We would like to be under the umbrella of your military....well, until ours becomes stronger considering that most of your R&D department will have left as well.
Just know this......when you have no one to teach your childeren after highschool or no one to deliver your 14 year old daughter's child, we will NOT feel sorry for you. You made your bed, lay in it. See what your world would be like with so few doctors, chemists, biologists, geologists and entrepreneurs.
So, if you comply with those 3 reasonable requests, I believe we'll do what you ask. Don't come crying to us when everything goes to hell. It'll be just like Africa after England handed leadership back over to its people. Good luck in life and you are welcome for everything that atheists have done for you in the past.

Her letter just pisses me off. How can she saying being an atheist is evil? What do atheist do that is evil? Because they don't go to church and throw money at the priest than they are evil? I completely agree with what you said. People are stupid.
