Letter to a Christian

You ask me why I don't believe in the same religion that you do but, I have a much better question for you.

 

Why do you believe in a deity when there is so much evidence against it?  I'm not saying anything like, the bible contradicts itself or, there is no physical evidence of your God.  What I mean is, there is a lot of evidence that proves that the New Testiment was written much later than Jesus' death and the Old Testiment contains stories that were basically ripped off from the Egyptians.

 

Here's my point/proof:

 

Like most deities, Jesus was born Dec. 25 to a virgin mother in a city called Bethlehem where 3 kings/wise men followed a bright star to the birth of Christ.  He perfomed miricles and had 12 deciples.  He was crucified and reddurected 3 days later.  With me so far?

 

Here's where it may get a bit confusing:

 

Mary is a reference to the astrological sign, Virgo or, the Virgin.  The symbol for Virgo is an M so, like all virgin mothers from all religions, Mary's name started with an M.  The Virgo sign also has another name, The House of Bread due to it's location where the sun passes in Aug-Sept. where people used to reap their grain and make bread.  Bethlehem's literal translation = House of Bread.  This is referring to the astrological sign, not an actual town.  The star from the East is called Sirius which is the brightest star in the sky.  On the night of Dec. 24 this star line up with the 3 starsof Orion's Belt known as the "Three Kings" and point directly to where the sun will rise on the 25th.  Also known as "The Birth of the Sun" because that's when days start to get longer and it's a sign of new life to come in the spring.

 

All deities have performed miracles so, to claim that Jesus was different would be rediculous.  But, quite a few also had "12" deciples.  Why is this?  This is the number of astrological signs there are.  So, Jesus being the Sun was followed by 12 men or the 12 astrological signs that the sun passes by every year.vvAs you probably know by being a scholor of the bible, the number 12 is quite previlent.  This is the reason for the significance of that number.

 

Now the crucifiction and ressurection.  On Dec. 22 the sun gets to its lowest point in the sky in the Northern Hemisphere.  It stays this way for 3 days.  Then on the 25th, it starts to move back up towards it's highest point.  So, it stays down for 3 days and then starts ascending.  Another thing is, during those 3 days the sun sits just under another astrological sign called the Southern Cross or (crux).  This is why so many deities before christ have been said to be crucified, dead for 3 days, resurrected,  than ascended towards the heavens.

 

So you see, Christianity is based off of Pagan beliefs and rituals.

 

As a side note, Moses was actually the 4th person ever recorded in any theology to go up a mountain, talk to God and come back with laws.  But, he is the second ever written about who was ever born, put into a reid basket and rasied by royalty.  The story of Noah is much the same.  It was originally from the Egyption story of Galgamesh that was written around 2600 bc.
